An Eye Opener

Hello Howard,

I got a home inspection from PSI, and Howard was very, very thorough. He actually takes his time and goes through everything. He explains everything as he goes. He crawled into the crawl space for me and checked it out properly. Very, very informative and I would never go to another inspection company. I was very happy with the service of Howard from PSI. I felt like he really took the time to make sure I knew the exact condition of the house. Getting the sewer line scope done gave me the confidence that everything was working properly. A few months later we moved into the house and discovered that the sewer line wasn’t draining, I contacted Howard, and he immediately got in contact with the company who performed the line scope, turns out that the back flow valve got locked up. This was corrected by the company who performed the line scope. I was impressed on how fast things got dealt with; very impressed with Howard’s ability to deal with this issue. Howard was referred to us by our lawyer; we had prior inspections in the past, but not like this one. We got what we paid for and a whole lot more. He was on site for over 5 hours, and I honestly don’t know how anyone can inspect a home faster, the process takes time and we never felt rushed. Howard discovered a few major things that needed correction as well as a whole list of other items. We received the report that night, my wife and I reviewed it, impressive! The next day we spoke to Howard on the phone, he went over all the concerns.
